AUSTIN, Texas — Some lanes on I-35 in north Austin were closed after an 18-wheeler collided with a concrete barrier on the road Saturday morning.
TxDOT reported that southbound I-35 at Howard Lane had been reduced to one lane on Saturday morning due to a crash.
