AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department held a press conference Tuesday afternoon about APD officers fatally shooting an armed suspect on Aug. 28.
Police Chief Lisa Davis called the shooting “difficult and tragic” at the press conference. She extended condolences to the family of the suspect, Raymond Lee Howard, 33.
