KYLE, Texas — Kyle police are asking the community for help in identifying a person of interest in a recent credit card abuse case.
Police say the individual is noted for having distinct tattoos, including a “smiley face” on his right hand, small tattoos on his left hand, and a lowercase letter “g” on his left neck.
