AUSTIN, Texas (KEYE) — The hearing for the man accused of killing three people, including a 4-year-old girl, in a North Austin Target parking lot was reset for Oct. 24.
Ethan Nieneker, 32, was expected to appear in court at 12:15 Wednesday. Although he did not appear, defense attorney Steven Brand told CBS Austin this will be the start of a lengthy legal process.
