In another sign that Texas is the next big film frontier, a tiny Hill Country deer-hunting town was turned into a star-studded movie set this past weekend.
Llano, known as the “Deer Capital of Texas” for its pristine natural waters and huge white-tailed deer population, was buzzing after photos surfaced online of a film crew shooting a movie along the Llano River near the Roy B. Inks Bridge on Friday, September 5. The city is about 108 miles northwest of San Antonio.
