AUSTIN, Texas — A 39-year-old woman has been charged with invasive visual recording after allegedly recording a 2-year-old in a restroom at a Central Austin H-E-B, according to an arrest affidavit.
Latyra Harrell was arrested April 9 at the H-E-B at 1000 E. 41st Street after store security detained her following reports that she had recorded a young child in the women’s restroom.
