Austin, TX – On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, Austin Police responded to an officer-involved shooting in the 700 block of Azie Morton Road.
According to authorities, a white male suspect shot a woman in the head and also shot an officer before fleeing on foot. The suspect was later apprehended after breaking into a home, where he was shot by the homeowner.
