A Williamson County man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for the 2023 murder of Shawn Joseph, a 30-year-old DoorDash driver who disappeared while making deliveries in Round Rock.
Royce Loggins, 31, pleaded guilty this week to the killing, bringing closure to a case that began nearly two years ago.
On October 2023, officers found Joseph’s vehicle abandoned in a remote section of the Walmart parking lot on East Palm Valley Boulevard.
