AUSTIN, Texas — Two men have been charged in connection with a July assault at Barton Springs that left a victim with a fractured jaw and other serious injuries, according to arrest affidavits.
Joshua McKeith Bell, 28, and Mathew Robert Villanueva, 29, face aggravated assault charges stemming from the July 26 incident at Barton Springs that police are investigating as a potential hate crime.
