AUSTIN (KXAN) — All lanes of I-35 northbound near the Parmer Lane exit were closed Thursday morning after a deadly crash.
According to the Austin Police Department, around 2:16 a.m., an 18-wheeler and a small vehicle collided on the main lanes of I-35.
