That was the warning from former San Antonio Mayor Henry Cisneros as he spoke before the San Antonio Rotary Club on Wednesday, October 1. It was one of Cisneros’ closing remarks as he discussed his new book, The Austin-San Antonio Megaregion: Opportunity and Challenge in the Lone Star State.
