MUSTANG RIDGE, Texas — A man was arrested for indecent exposure Tuesday after police said he exposed himself to people in the parking lot of an IHOP.
Mustang Ridge police responded to a call at the IHOP regarding a man “exposing his private parts” to people in the parking lot, according to the department.
