San Marcos resident claims $2M Mega Millions ticket sold in Austin

AUSTIN (KXAN) β€” A San Marcos resident has claimed the $2 million Mega Millions prize that was sold at a south Austin convenience store last week, according to the Texas Lotto.

The Texas Lottery said the ticket from U-Pak-M, located at 11940 Menchaca Road, had those winning numbers.

The drawing happened on Oct. 14 with the winning Quick Pick ticket, which matched all five white ball numbers β€” 12-22-49-57-58, per a news release from the Texas Lotto.
