The alarming moment, caught on camera and later shared to Reddit, shows the man yelling at the young boy and threatening to “drown him” if he didn’t pack up and leave. The father of the teenager later confirmed the encounter took place at a community park in Austin, prompting outrage among locals and online viewers.
