Put on your “Suit & Tie,” because entertainer Justin Timberlake and restaurateur Sam Fox plan to open a “dapper as hell” live music hall and club in Downtown Austin. The Twelve Thirty Club, which has a flagship location in Nashville, is expected to begin its $30 million construction project directly across the street from Procore Tower in early 2026 and open late 2027. The 35,000-sqft building — 10,000 sqft larger than the Nashville location — will have four floors: one for all-day dining and entertainment called The Supper Club, a nightlife and DJ hall called The Speakeasy, a private members club called Honorary Member, and a private events space on the top floor.
