AUSTIN, Texas — An Austin man is speaking out, after he says a routine bus ride turned violent last month when he was shot during a confrontation that authorities later linked to a second shooting that same day at the Austin Central Library.
Devin Mosley told KVUE that the ordeal began at around 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 25, while he was accompanying his girlfriend during her overnight shift as a CapMetro bus driver, something he often did. But that night, he said, something felt different.
