AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department were conducting surveillance on a person who police said had “multiple felony warrants” and refused to leave a residence which led to SWAT being called, according to APD Public Information Officer Aaron Townsend.
Around 6 p.m. Tuesday, APD officers saw the suspect enter a resident near the 7500 block of Compass Drive, which is in between Compass and Point North drives.
