The Round Rock Police Department arrested 17-year-old Issac Jermaine Flores White in connection with a burglary on December 1, 2025. The incident took place at Four20 Smoke & Vape Shop on E. Old Settlers Blvd. Officers responded to an early morning alarm. They used security footage and Flock Safety cameras to identify the suspects and the stolen vehicle.
