AUSTIN, Texas — The mayor of Uhland, Texas, has bonded out of jail following her arrest on a charge related to the misapplication of property, according to the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office said Uhland Mayor Lacee Duke is charged with Misapplication of Fiduciary Property or Property of Financial Institution, for an amount greater than $150,000 but less than $300,000.
