Motion filed to clear original Austin yogurt shop murder suspects

AUSTIN (KXAN) – The Travis County District Attorney’s Office filed a motion on Thursday that is the “first step” toward clearing the names of the four men previously accused of killing four teenage girls at the I Can’t Believe It’s Yogurt! shop on Anderson Lane in 1991.

This comes after an announcement from the Austin Police Department in September that ballistic and DNA evidence linked a different man – Robert Brashers – to the quadruple murder.
