AUSTIN, Texas — A second suspect has been charged with murder in a 2021 homicide outside an east Austin coffeehouse, police said.
A first-degree murder warrant was issued Dec. 17 for Lamar James, 29, who is already incarcerated in the Texas Department of Corrections on unrelated charges, according to the Austin Police Department.
