AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department is looking for a person of interest in a hit-and-run crash after a child riding a skateboard was hit by a car in southeast Austin.
APD said it happened on Nov. 22 around 6:41 p.m. at the intersection of Panadero Drive and Baythorne Drive. That’s just north of East Slaughter Lane.
Police said the crash involved a dark gray sedan that immediately drove northbound on Panadero Drive after the collision with the juvenile on a skateboard. APD said the driver didn’t stop to help the kid, who sustained injuries…
