Third-year cornerback and potential starter Warren Roberson has officially decided to remove his name from the transfer portal and return to Texas in 2026.
This is incredibly good news as his absence could’ve potentially forced some young Longhorns to see extended playing time next season on the boundary.
His return makes a ton of sense for both the team and himself as he’ll get a lot more playing time in 2026 after an excellent perfomance against Michigan in the Citrus Bowl that saw him combine for 5 total tackles and a couple of big pass deflections.
