17-year-old charged with deadly conduct after drive-by shooting in Round Rock

AUSTIN, Texas — A 17-year-old is facing a third-degree felony charge following a drive-by shooting in Round Rock earlier this month.

According to the Round Rock Police Department, Joseph Benjamin Alvarado was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force on Jan. 16. Alvarado is accused of firing multiple rounds at a residence in the 1400 block of Meadows Drive on the night of Jan. 7.
