Austin police seek publics help in hit-and-run investigation

AUSTIN, Texas — The Austin Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a hit-and-run collision that occurred on October 23, 2025, at approximately 8:10 a.m. at the intersection of Guadalupe Street and W 13th Street. No injuries were reported in the incident.

According to the Austin Police Department, the suspect attempted to make a left turn from the center lane of Guadalupe Street and collided with another vehicle. The suspect then fled the scene without providing the necessary information, as required by Texas Transportation Code 550.022, which is being investigated as a Collision Involving Damage to Vehicle.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male, aged 20-30 years, with dark hair and a goatee. The suspect vehicle is a black, mid-2000s Infiniti two-door coupe with damage on the driver’s side…
