AUSTIN, Texas — Sidewalks across Austin remain dangerously icy, leading to a surge in fall-related injuries, according to Capt. Christa Stedman of Austin-Travis County EMS.
Stedman reported that crews have responded to over 180 calls for falls in the past two days.
