According to a post by the Round Rock Police Department on X, the juvenile’s mother contacted police on Jan. 30 to report the alleged assault. Detectives say they developed probable cause that led a judge to issue an arrest warrant for Roush. She was taken into custody on Feb. 4 and transported to the Williamson County Jail. Police say Roush is an employee of Infinite Spectrum Learning and Behavior, LLC. Because the case involves a minor and a sensitive allegation, investigators have held back additional details.
Investigation and Police Statement
“Detectives are continuing to investigate and determine whether there may be additional victims,” the department said in its announcement on X. Officials have not released identifying information about the juvenile, citing privacy protections for minors.
Employer and Therapy Context
Police identified Roush’s employer as Infinite Spectrum Learning and Behavior, LLC. Public job listings for the company include roles such as Registered Behavior Technician that serve children and teens in the Round Rock area. The Behavior Analyst Certification Board describes Registered Behavior Technicians as paraprofessionals who provide ABA services under the supervision of credentialed behavior analysts, often working directly with children and families in home and clinic settings.
