AUSTIN (KXAN) — Kyle Police arrested a man Wednesday who allegedly started a fire at an Austin H-E-B store as cover to steal alcohol on Tuesday, according to an Austin Fire arrest affidavit.
Eric Alejandro Berron, 26, faces a second-degree felony charge of arson.
