AUSTIN (KXAN) — A recent study ranked two Central Texas cities in the top 20 for where millennials are moving.
SmartAsset, a financial technology company, ranked Austin at No. 6 on its list of 254 of the largest U.S. cities. Round Rock was ranked at No. 17.
“Locations that can attract Millennials may benefit from stronger and more diverse workforces, disposable income flowing to local businesses, and additional tax revenue. On the other hand, it can also lead to more competitive housing markets and a change in the business mix for preexisting locals,” SmartAsset said…
