AUSTIN, Texas — A man is in custody following a SWAT standoff at an apartment complex near the West University area on Sunday afternoon.
According to the Austin Police Department (APD), officers were executing an arrest warrant around 2:30 p.m. at the Pease Parkside Apartments in connection with a previous homicide.
