‘I have to thank them’ | Austin mass shooting survivor searching for those who saved his life

AUSTIN, Texas — As we continue to learn more about the mass shooting at Buford’s, a survivor is searching for closure in the people that helped keep him alive.

“Is there any way we can get the word out to try and connect myself with these people?” George Davis asked.

At Thursday’s press conference, Austin Police Department (APD) presented video and audio clips of what happened early Sunday morning on West Sixth Street.
