With locations in 25 states, including 13 in Texas, the Peach Cobbler Factory is planning its debut in the Austin area. It’s launching a new dessert shop at 2000 I-35 E, Suite K4, in Round Rock. Coverage published this week by Hoodline describes the opening, which constitutes the brand’s Austin-area debut, as a “milestone for fans who previously had to head to other Texas metros to get their fix.”
“We have one location in Tennessee that we’ve owned for a few years,” Derrick Ross, one of the partners behind the opening, told What Now on Friday. “We we were looking for another location, and we saw that Peach Cobbler Factory was all over Texas—San Antonio, Houston, Dallas. But we noticed there were none in Austin, and we said, Whoa, but Austin is such a beautiful scene with such a tremendous amount of people! We felt it would be a great opportunity, and we’re excited about bringing such a popular dessert franchise to the area.”
The Peach Cobbler Factory offers a wide range of sweet choices. There are Cobblers (and Cobbler Shakes!) that come in varieties like—of course—Peach, plus eleven more, including Honey Apple, Sweet Potato Pecan, and Cinnamon Peach Praline. Add to that the Peach Cobbler Factory’s selection of Banana Puddings and Pudd-n Shakes, Bigger & Better Cookies, Cinnamon Rolls, and more, and you’re sure to find what your sweet tooth is looking for…
