AUSTIN, Texas — A former Tesla employee’s recent lawsuit against the company reveals new information about the gunman in last week’s deadly shooting at an Austin bar.
According to the lawsuit, Ndiaga Diagne assaulted plaintiff Lillian Mendoza Brady on Dec. 4, 2025, while Diagne took an employee-sanctioned prayer break in a common area at the company’s headquarters outside of Austin, where they both worked.
