People living at a Texas apartment complex could hardly believe what they were seeing when a tiny puppy appeared stuck on a rooftop.
Alone and clearly frightened, the little pup had no path back to safety. With no escape in sight, he stayed put, relying entirely on the hope that someone would notice and help him.
Thankfully, the neighbors acted quickly. They reached out to the Austin Animal Center, and responders showed up right away.
Puppy Stranded Above
