North Austin’s all-you-can-eat sushi race just got a fresh challenger. Hanami AYCE Sushi has quietly joined the action on the north side, serving large portions of fresh-cut sashimi alongside a long roster of signature rolls. The family-owned spot opened in February and has since moved from soft-opening limits to fuller service, with more than 40 signature rolls, hot plates, cocktails, and a lineup of hot and cold sakes.
As reported by Community Impact, Hanami welcomed guests on Feb. 11 and operates in the Crestview/North Central strip near Easy Wind Drive. The outlet notes the restaurant’s all-you-can-eat format and its focus on fresh-cut sashimi as a key part of the dinner spread.
What’s On The Menu
Hanami’s website lists more than 130 menu items, including over 40 signature rolls and a robata grill, and it highlights handcrafted cocktails and premium sakes for pairing. The online menu and photos put the spotlight on sashimi boats and shareable platters tailored for groups.
