AUSTIN (KXAN) — The Austin Police Department (APD) has released the name of a victim who died after a traffic fatality at the 500 block of South Congress Avenue Saturday, March 14th.
Police say at 2:21 p.m. two motor vehicles were involved in a crash — with one vehicle carrying a pregnant passenger. The passenger was transported to a local hospital where she gave birth prematurely to Lleonel Castillo Estrada.
