AUSTIN, Texas — A SWAT situation was resolved Monday morning in southeast Austin.
According to the Austin Police Department (APD), officers responded to an incident involving a person who barricaded themselves inside a home on the 6400 block of Santos Street and Vargas Road, not far from Montopolis Drive and East Riverside Drive.
Law enforcement said Montopolis Drive was temporarily closed between Santos and Vargas. Fairway Street through Marigold Terrace were shut down until further notice…
