AUSTIN, Texas — All southbound lanes of U.S. 183 reopened to drivers Friday morning after a fatal crash involving a pedestrian.
Officials said a pedestrian was crossing 13000 North U.S. 183 in northwest Austin just before 4 a.m. when they were hit and killed by a driver. The victim has not been identified at this time.
Law enforcement said the driver of the vehicle stayed on scene and is being tested for intoxication…
