After standing alone against Prop Q, Duchen weighs in on Austin’s future budget battle

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin City Council Member Marc Duchen was a co-sponsor on the citywide efficiency audit proposal. Now that it was passed, Duchen said he is ready to dig into the city’s budget.

On Thursday’s episode of Inside Austin’s Agenda, host Grace Reader talked with Duchen — who represents parts of north Austin — about the challenges Austin expects it will face while building this year’s budget and whether the city should consider a bond in November.
