DEL VALLE, Texas — Four Del Valle High School students are accused of kidnapping and torturing a classmate in February in southeast Travis County, according to arrest affidavits.
The suspects — identified as 17-year-olds Jose Rojas-Alvarado, Oscar Armando Santiago-Martinez, Angel Lemus-Perez, and Carlos Roberto Oliva-Villeda — are charged with aggravated kidnapping with a deadly weapon, a first-degree felony.
