AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin Police are investigating the city’s 18th homicide of the year Friday morning.
According to Austin Police Officer Dana Kavanagh, multiple people called 911 at 12:43 a.m. to report hearing gunshots in the area of 10900 Brazoria Lane in northwest Austin.
Police officers arrived and found a man with serious trauma outside of a home in The Cottages at Northwoods gated community. Due to the nature of his injuries, Officer Kavanagh said police did not try to administer aid and that the 35-year-old man died at the scene. The man has not yet been publicly identified…
