Police searching for suspects accused of East Austin drive-by shooting

AUSTIN, Texas — Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating suspects accused of opening fire on a group of people gathered outside an East Austin house last month.

According to the Austin Police Department, officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 5300 block of King Henry Drive, near U.S. 183 and East Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, around 10:48 p.m. on Thursday, April 2.

When they arrived on the scene, they found multiple victims and several homes that had been hit by gunfire. No injuries were reported…
