A fast-growing Texas brewery and pizza chain is setting its sights on a new location outside its original city limits. Pinthouse Pizza is planning to build a massive, multimillion-dollar restaurant and brewhouse in Cedar Park, a small city about 20 miles northwest of downtown Austin.
The Austin-based pizzeria and brewery submitted three filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) in Williamson County for an upcoming “Pinthouse Pizza Cedar Park development.” All three Pinthouse buildings have their own respective price tag attached, but the entire development is estimated to cost roughly $10.36 million combined, per the filings.
The address for the new Pinthouse is listed as 1605 East New Hope Drive in Leander, which borders Cedar Park. This new development comes as the pizza chain continues to grow beyond Austin, with Pinthouse welcoming its first San Antonio location in March.
The first TDLR filing for Pinthouse Pizza Cedar Park is a $7.43 million building, labeled building 1 of the project.
