Atomic Wings, a New York-based restaurant, will open its first location in Austin at 144 S Brook Drive, Suite #130. The Wing franchise is known for offering authentic Buffalo-style flavors, a menu built around fresh chicken free of antibiotics, and sauces made from scratch. The restaurant aims to open in mid-June, pending certificates.
Sri Pacha, the franchisee behind the South Brook location, told What Now Austin that she had previously experienced Atomic Wings in Houston and was drawn to its “boldness with new, spicy flavors.” She added, “The business is very promising, as the taste is incredible, with fresh ingredients made from scratch.”
Pacha wanted to bring an option that is exciting, flavorful, and community-friendly to the Leander area. “As Leander continues to grow, I saw an opportunity to introduce a brand that offers more than just wings, a place where people can gather, enjoy great food, celebrate with friends, and feel connected to the local community.”…
