BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A preliminary hearing in the case against an Elk Grove man accused of kidnapping a 10-year-old Taft girl was postponed to July, after attorneys informed the court of an additional report neither side has had a chance to review.
The report details a second forensic interview conducted in the case against Matthew Naval, prosecutor David Eller said Thursday in Superior Court.
