Multiple people were sentenced in connection with a nearly $10 million real estate fraud scheme that targeted would-be buyers in the Central Valley and beyond.
26-year-old Gilberto Barron, formerly of Delano and Las Vegas, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud, money laundering conspiracy, and aggravated identity theft.
