BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — An Elk Grove man accused of kidnapping a 10-year-old girl from Taft after meeting her through the online game Roblox was held to answer on three charges, according to Kern County court records.
Matthew Macatuno Naval faces charges of kidnapping a child under 14 to commit lewd or lascivious acts and two counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor under 14. Naval is due back in court on August 4 for arraignment.
