BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office has released the cause of death for a man who was found in a canal on Lake Street in June.
According to coroner officials, the man, identified as Martin Jeu Plascencia, was found in a canal in the 1400 block of Lake Street on June 13. Plascencia was 26.
The coroner has determined Plascencia died due to drowning in the canal. The manner of his death has yet to be determined…
