BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Valley Plaza Mall has introduced a new Preferred Parking program designed to give shoppers the option of having a guaranteed, upfront parking space in a section of the parking lot for a fee, while continuing to offer free parking.
A spokesperson with GGP said the new program is intended to address one of the most common challenges guests face: finding a convenient parking space.
Valley Plaza Mall features more than 5,632 parking spaces, with only 240 spaces designated as Preferred Parking. The remaining parking spaces continue to be available free of charge…
