BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The weather story looks to be a cooldown in our forecast in the days ahead, which should be welcome by most across our area!
This is because multiple low pressure troughs are anticipated to swing into the West Coast from the north Pacific, which will bring more of a northwesterly flow, effectively driving the heat high further away to the east. Sunday’s highs are still forecast to be close to average, but those numbers could inch lower and lower in the days to come if that cooling influence materializes.
